Traditional slow cooked whole turkey breast served with winter vegetables and homemade gravy.
Pan roasted seabass fillet with chorizo crushed Jersey Royal potatoes and a caper & dill sauce.
Spinach, mushroom, chestnut & butternut squash pithiver with nuts and brown butter and winter vegetables on the side.

This menu is only available for Christmas day and must be pre-ordered by 18th December. You will need to provide your pre-order form which can be downloaded below, plus a 10% non-refundable deposit prior to this date to confirm your booking.

Glass of prosecco for everyone on arrival.
For young diners soft drink or juice will be provided

Trio of salmon – treacle smoked salmon, whisky-dill cured salmon, and apple, fennel and salmon rillette.
